The MG T-type was produced by MG between 1936 and 1955. The series included the MG TA, TB, TC,TD and TF Midget models. It was replaced by the MG A. 

This particular car is a 1250cc engine, though from 1954 the engine size was increased to 1466cc. In total 9,602 MG TF Midgets were built. Acceleration to 100kph was approx 20 secs. 

Built between the 17th and 19th February 1954 for the North American market. Imported into the UK in 2014 and registered in 2017. It has been subject to a total nut and bolt, ground‑up restoration that has just been completed by a retired motor engineer. Just a few hundred miles have been covered since. Parts alone have cost £27,000.
